In a context where personalization plays a key role in campaign performance, the conditional block allows you to automatically display content tailored to the characteristics or behavior of your contacts.
For example, you can:
- Show a welcome promo code only to contacts who have never made a purchase
- Offer personalized product recommendations to your customers
- Display a personalized reminder if a product was left in the cart, even outside of an “Abandoned Cart” scenario
- Hide certain elements if no offers are available
To set it up, go to your Fast Builder editor, under the Blocks section, and select the conditional block. Then, define the desired display condition.
The block is fully customizable (text, image, button) and integrates easily into your template.
