This article introduces the various tools at your disposal for viewing and analyzing the results of your automated scenarios.
1. Scenarios dashboard
Access the Reporting > Dashboards menu, then select Performance – Scenarios from the dropdown list to access the dashboard dedicated to the performance of your automated scenarios.
The dashboard aggregates the results of your scenarios over a selected period – by default, the last 6 months – and provides key performance indicators for the period, both on average and broken down by scenario.
- Sent Volume
corresponds to the total number of messages sent as part of a scenario during the defined period. - Revenue generated by newsletters
corresponds to the total amount of transactions generated by automated campaigns during the defined period. - Transaction Rate
represents the percentage of sent messages that resulted in a transaction compared to the total number of messages sent. - Open Rate
corresponds to the percentage of messages opened compared to the total number of messages sent. - Click Rate
corresponds to the percentage of messages that generated clicks compared to the total number of messages sent. - Responsiveness Rate
corresponds to the percentage of messages that generated clicks compared to the total number of messages opened. - Unsubscribe Rate
corresponds to the percentage of messages that generated an opt-out compared to the total number of messages sent.
The Scenarios performance table includes each of these indicators for all automated campaigns sent during the specified period, enabling you to compare them with the metrics provided in your dashboard.
The Sending Distribution graph represents the share of each automated scenario in the volume sent during the defined period. You can find out the volume sent for each scenario by hovering over the corresponding section.
The Revenue Distribution graph represents the share of each scenario in the revenue generated by scenarios during the defined period. You can find out the volume contribution of each scenario by hovering over the corresponding section.
2. Performances per scenarios
La page Evolution du menu Performances > Scénarios vous permet de visualiser et comparer les résultats de vos scénarios par mois, par semaine et par jour.
- Le graphique Volume envoyé représente le nombre d’envoi par mois/semaine/jour pour chaque scénario. Vous pouvez consulter le volume détaillé par scénario et le pourcentage correspondant en survolant la barre d’un mois.
- Le graphique Taux représente les taux d’ouverture, de clic, de transaction, de soft et hard bounce, de spam et de désinscription par mois/semaine/jour pour chaque scénario.
- Le graphique Revenu représente le montant total de transactions généré par mois/semaine/jour par chaque scénario. Vous pouvez afficher les résultats selon les 3 modes d’attribution calculés par Probance : la contribution dernier contact, la contribution globale et la contribution directe.

Vous pouvez afficher les graphiques pour un scénario spécifique : cela a pour effet d’afficher les résultats par campagne du scénario, et ainsi de comparer les résultats de chaque campagne au sein de ce scénario.
Vous pouvez également filtrer les résultats sur un canal d’envoi.
3. Detailed performances per campaign
The Details page under the Performances > Scenarios menu allows you to view the detailed results for each automated campaigns send during a specified period.
Each block corresponds to a newsletter and contains the following information and metrics:
- The considered sending period
- The sent volume over the period
- The open rate
- The click-through rate
- The spam complaint rate
- The hard bounce rate
- The soft bounce rate
- The unsubscribe rate
- The generated revenue, calculated using the three attribution modes
When it comes to an email channel campaign, the icon next to the click statistic allows you to access the campaign’s heatmap. The heatmap displays the links, CTAs, images, and areas that recipients have clicked on.
The search bar enables you to filter the list of newsletter on campaign name, channel, and the sending period to be considered.
You can download the data from your search in a CSV file format by clicking on the download icon
