Configure SMTP email sending in PrestaShop

This guide will explain how to set up SMTP email sending with PMAIL in PrestaShop.

Procedure

1. In your site’s administration interface, go to Advanced Parameters > Email.
2. Under the Email section, check the option Set my own SMTP parameters (for advanced users only).
3. Fill in the form with the following information:
   • SMTP server: smtp-importer.probancemail.com
   • Username: Information provided by Probance
   • Password: Information provided by Probance
   • Encryption: SSL
   • Port: 465
4. Click Save.
5. Under the Test your email configuration section, enter an email address and click Send a test email to validate the SMTP configuration. Verify that the confirmation message is displayed, and that the test email has been received in the recipient’s inbox.
