Identify what is blocking a project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A project can be blocked for two main reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client-side blocking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a step appears in <strong>red<\/strong>, it means that one or more tasks are <strong>Waiting for client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 In this case:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an action is required from you,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the project cannot move forward until the task is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Probance-side blocking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a step appears in <strong>blue<\/strong>, it means the <strong>Probance teams are currently working<\/strong> on the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 No action is required from you at this stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. How to unblock your project quickly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To allow the project to move forward:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>check tasks with the status <strong>Waiting for client<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete the requested information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any doubts or questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>use the discussion area directly within the task,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate with the Probance teams without using email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
