Understanding the <em>Project overview<\/em> page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After clicking <strong>View<\/strong>, you will access the<strong> Project overview page<\/strong>, where you can follow the progress of the service and complete the requested actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"313\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Project-Overview-1-1024x313.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Project-Overview-1-1024x313.png 1024w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Project-Overview-1-300x92.png 300w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Project-Overview-1-768x235.png 768w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Project-Overview-1-1536x470.png 1536w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Project-Overview-1.png 1786w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This page is organized into <strong>four main areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Top: required actions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the top of the page, a section highlights the priority actions that require your attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each card shows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the task name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an estimated time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a due date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the status Action required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click <strong>Start now <\/strong>to access the task directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Left side: task list<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the left side, you can see all tasks related to the service, organized by phases (for example: Implementation, Templates, Training &amp; coaching, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each section can be expanded to display its tasks. Tasks may display different statuses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>red ! \u2013 Action required: <\/strong>an action is required from you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>green \u2713: <\/strong>the task is completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on a task to display its details in the central area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Center: complete the task<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The central area displays the selected task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here you will find:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>instructions explaining what is required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the information or files to provide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the actions to complete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the task, you may need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>upload a file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide requested information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>click Submit to validate your contribution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Once your action is submitted, the Probance teams can continue the configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Right side: contact support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right panel allows you to communicate directly with the Probance teams through the Support area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use it to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ask a question<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request clarification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>report a blocking issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 All exchanges remain centralized within the portal, directly linked to the related task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Identifying tasks that require your action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some tasks require your action in order for the service to move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These tasks are identified by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a<strong> red exclamation mark (!)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the status <strong>Action required<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They also appear in the Required actions section at the top of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Until these actions are completed, the configuration cannot progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"357\" height=\"551\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Tasks.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Tasks.png 357w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Tasks-194x300.png 194w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 357px) 100vw, 357px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Completing a task and submitting information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete a task:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the task in the <strong>left panel<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the instructions in the <strong>central area<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the requested information or files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information is then automatically transmitted to the Probance teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
