The Webpush channel of Probance One allows you to send notifications to visitors of your website who have agreed to receive your notifications.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This tutorial will explain how to customize your subscription pop-up for notifications.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Functioning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The subscription pop-up for notifications is displayed to all visitors of your website who are not recognized as opt-in (new visitors and those who previously declined the subscription) and offers them the choice to accept or decline receiving your notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probance One users with an administrator profile can customize this pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Customizing the pop-up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Administration > Marketing<\/strong> menu, go to the Notification Settings<\/strong> section. The Webpush Subscriptions<\/strong> table lists all the web push platforms available on your project. The Rejection Period<\/strong> column allows you to configure the duration after which the pop-up can be displayed again to a member who previously declined to subscribe to your notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Edit<\/strong>, then on the edit icon of the platform for which you want to modify the pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interface that appears contains the default HTML code of the pop-up, which you can modify according to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Save<\/strong> to confirm and return to marketing administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Managing languages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your customer base is multilingual, you can define a subscription pop-up for each language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the edit icon of the platform where you want to add a version, then click the Add<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The list of available versions for this platform is displayed. The input field on the left corresponds to the language code of the version (fr<\/strong> for French, es<\/strong> for Spanish, en<\/strong> for English, ja<\/strong> for Japanese, en_US<\/strong> for US English, etc.), and the input field in the center contains the HTML code of the corresponding pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add an additional version, click the Add<\/strong> button. To delete a version, click the delete icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Save<\/strong> to confirm.<\/p>\n
