It also enables you to view scheduled sends by month, week, and day, as well as monitor the status of your sends.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This article will explain how the schedule is organized, what information is visible, and what actions are available.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Monthly Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The monthly schedule shows the number of ad hoc campaigns scheduled for each day of the month, represented by colored dots that indicate their status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1906\" height=\"1032\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/tutorial_planning_newsletters_en.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31093\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/tutorial_planning_newsletters_en.png 1906w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/tutorial_planning_newsletters_en-300x162.png 300w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/tutorial_planning_newsletters_en-1024x554.png 1024w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/tutorial_planning_newsletters_en-768x416.png 768w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/tutorial_planning_newsletters_en-1536x832.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1906px) 100vw, 1906px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Green-bordered labels <\/strong>indicate the number of sent campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solid green labels<\/strong> indicate the number of scheduled and active campaigns (ready to be sent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Red-bordered labels<\/strong> indicate the number of past campaigns that were not sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solid red labels<\/strong> indicate the number of scheduled but inactive campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current month is displayed by default. You can navigate between months using the arrows in the header or by selecting a specific month and year from the dropdown list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Volume<\/strong> column indicates the number of recipients per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Weekly Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The weekly schedule shows the details of campaigns sent or scheduled for each day of the selected week in the monthly schedule. To view the weekly schedule for a specific week, simply click on it in the monthly schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section can be displayed in <strong>Card View<\/strong> or <strong>Table View<\/strong>. It provides the following details for each newsletter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Its name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Its send time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Its status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The recipient volume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The volume corresponds to the number of members contacted if the newsletter has already been sent, or the number of targeted members if the send is yet to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Possible statuses:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sent:<\/strong> the newsletter has been successfully sent to recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In progress:<\/strong> the newsletter is currently being sent. It cannot be deactivated or modified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not sent:<\/strong> the send date has passed, and the newsletter was not sent. This newsletter cannot be edited but can be rescheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Active:<\/strong> the newsletter is ready to be sent and has been activated by a user.
