Scenarios dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access the&nbsp;<strong>Reporting<\/strong>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Dashboards<\/strong>&nbsp;menu, then select&nbsp;<strong>Performance \u2013 Scenarios&nbsp;<\/strong>from the dropdown list to access the dashboard dedicated to the performance of your automated scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dashboard aggregates the results of your scenarios over a selected period \u2013 by default, the last 6 months \u2013 and provides key performance indicators for the period, both on average and broken down by scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sent Volume<\/strong><br>corresponds to the total number of messages sent as part of a scenario during the defined period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revenue generated by newsletter<\/strong>s<br>corresponds to the total amount of transactions generated by automated campaigns during the defined period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transaction Rate<\/strong><br>represents the percentage of sent messages that resulted in a transaction compared to the total number of messages sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Open Rate<\/strong><br>corresponds to the percentage of messages opened compared to the total number of messages sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Click Rate<\/strong><br>corresponds to the percentage of messages that generated clicks compared to the total number of messages sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsiveness Rate<\/strong><br>corresponds to the percentage of messages that generated clicks compared to the total number of messages opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unsubscribe Rate<\/strong><br>corresponds to the percentage of messages that generated an opt-out compared to the total number of messages sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>Scenarios performance<\/strong>&nbsp;table includes each of these indicators for all automated campaigns sent during the specified period, enabling you to compare them with the metrics provided in your dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\u00a0<strong>Sending Distribution<\/strong>\u00a0graph represents the share of each automated scenario in the volume sent during the defined period. You can find out the volume sent for each scenario by hovering over the corresponding section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>Revenue Distribution<\/strong>&nbsp;graph represents the share of each scenario in the revenue generated by scenarios during the defined period. You can find out the volume contribution of each scenario by hovering over the corresponding section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ancre2\">2. Performances per scenarios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La page&nbsp;<strong>Evolution&nbsp;<\/strong>du menu&nbsp;<strong>Performances &gt; Sc\u00e9narios<\/strong>&nbsp;vous permet de visualiser et comparer les r\u00e9sultats de vos sc\u00e9narios par mois, par semaine et par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le graphique&nbsp;<strong>Volume envoy\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong>repr\u00e9sente le&nbsp;<strong>nombre d\u2019envoi&nbsp;<\/strong>par mois\/semaine\/jour pour chaque sc\u00e9nario. Detailed performances per campaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>Details<\/strong>&nbsp;page under the&nbsp;<strong>Performances &gt; Scenarios<\/strong>&nbsp;menu allows you to view the detailed results for each automated campaigns send during a specified period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each block corresponds to a newsletter and contains the following information and metrics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The considered sending period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sent volume over the period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The open rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The click-through rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The spam complaint rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The hard bounce rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The soft bounce rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The unsubscribe rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The generated revenue, calculated using the three attribution modes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When it comes to an email channel campaign, the icon next to the click statistic allows you to access the campaign\u2019s heatmap. The heatmap displays the links, CTAs, images, and areas that recipients have clicked on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The search bar enables you to filter the list of newsletter on campaign name, channel, and the sending period to be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can download the data from your search in a CSV file format by clicking on the download icon<\/p>\n<div id=\"wpmem_restricted_msg\"><p>This content is restricted to site members.
