Each mode affects the revenue generated by your contacts in the scenario and newsletter campaigns according to specific rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tutorial will explain how to interpret the different contribution modes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ancre1\">1. Income graphs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The scenario income graph is available in the menu\u00a0<strong>Analysis BI > scenarios<\/strong><em>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"272\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/income_graphe.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29708\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/income_graphe.png 1000w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/income_graphe-300x82.png 300w, https:\/\/doc.probance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/income_graphe-768x209.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the graph displays the distribution of income per scenario. The dropdown list at the top of the page allows you to display the performance within a scenario. Selecting a scenario will display a distribution of income per campaign within the scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The newsletters income graph is available in the menu\u00a0<strong>Analysis BI > newsletters<\/strong>. The graph displays a distribution of income per newsletter channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 contribution modes are available for the income graph display:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Last touch contribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global contribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct contribution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on one of them to update the graph with the selected contribution mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ancreH221\">2. Last touch contribution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>last touch contribution<\/strong>&nbsp;mode assigns each transaction registered by a contact to the last eligible campaign, only when the contact has been touched by a campaign in the last 15 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, the eligible campaigns are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>emailing campaigns with an open in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>received SMS campaigns in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>notification campaigns with a click in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ProbanceOne will choose the campaign with the nearest action before the transaction and assign 100% of the CA to this campaign. The settings are define according to your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the contribution mode displayed by default by the income graphs in ProbanceOne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ancreH222\">3. Global contribution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>global contribution<\/strong>&nbsp;mode distributes the income of each transaction on every eligible campaigns, with the same ratio, and only when the contact received a campaign in the last 15 days before the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, the eligible campaigns are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>emailing campaigns with an open in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>received SMS campaigns in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>notification campaigns with a click in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ProbanceOne will divide the transaction on all eligible campaigns,&nbsp;and the income is therefore split equally on the scenarios and newsletters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Example:&nbsp;<\/em><em>a contact generates an income of 300 with a transaction on D day. In the 7 days preceding the transaction, the contact opened the following emailing campaigns:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>1 campaign from scenario A<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>2 campaigns from scenario B<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>1 newsletter C<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>1 newsletter\u00a0D<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The income will be split as follow:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>60 (1\/5 x 300) assigned to scenario A<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>120 (2\/5 x 300) assigned to scenario B, 60 on each campaign of the scenario<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>60 (1\/5 x 300) assigned to newsletter C<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>60 (1\/5 x 300) assigned to newsletter D<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ancreH223\">4. Direct contribution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>direct contribution<\/strong>&nbsp;mode distributes the income separately between scenario campaigns and newsletters. The tracking needs that the contact received at least one campaign in the last 15 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, each transaction is distributed between all the eligible&nbsp;<strong>scenario campaigns<\/strong>, and in general, the eligible campaigns are<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>emailing campaigns with an open in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>received sms campaigns in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>notification campaigns with a click in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>whatever the newsletters sent by ProbanceOne. This contribution is displayed in the&nbsp;<strong>scenarios performances<\/strong>&nbsp;and allows you to see the impact of scenario on your revenue and know the contribution of scenarios even if you wouldn\u2019t do any newsletters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, each transaction is distributed between all the eligible&nbsp;<strong>newsletter campaigns<\/strong>&nbsp;the contact, and in general, the eligible campaigns are<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>emailing campaigns with an open in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>received SMS campaigns in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>notification campaigns with a click in the 7 days before the transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>whatever the scenarios sent by ProbanceOne.
